Ordering

How do I place an order online?

Placing an order online is simple and safe at Honeydew Favors. Simply browse our site, select the product you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. Once you have chosen all the products you would like to purchase, select the “check out” feature to begin processing your order.

Can I place orders by e-mail?
Customers may place orders by e-mail. Simply e-mail sales@honeydewfavors.com with your request. A customer service representative will contact you to obtain more information.

Can you rush my order?
Orders may be rushed; however a premium shipping fee may apply.

What are my payment options?

Honeydew Favors accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card payments. If you would like to pay by check, simply place your order by e-mail and a Honeydew representative will contact you will payment instructions. Your order will be processed when payment is received.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge 9.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to California. Orders shipped outside of California are not charged sales tax.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Some of the items that we offer have minimum quantity requirements. Minimum quantity is listed under each individual product in the product description. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or special order requests.

How do I know that the product I like is available?
Honeydew Favors stocks many of its items and can usually ship directly from our facility within 6-10 business days. Other products are shipped directly from our manufacturers. If an item is unavailable or back-ordered you will be contacted to discuss delivery options.

Do you offer personalization?
Many of our items come with personalization. The option to personalize is noted in the product description. To personalize a product without a personalization option, you may purchase personalized labels to attach. Shipping on personalized items may take up to 5 business days longer than non-personalized items.

Do you engrave any of your products?
Yes, we do offer engraving services for particular items. This service is noted in the product description. 

Do you offer samples?
Customers may purchase samples of certain products and are responsible for paying the unit cost as well as shipping and handling costs. Please contact us to find out which items are available to purchase as samples.

Does Honeydew Favors offer a service to wrap favors, tie ribbon, package favors, etc?
Honeydew Favors offers favor wrapping and décor for an additional fee. The fee includes the cost of the materials used and a minimal labor fee. Each order is customized and priced accordingly. Please contact sales@honeydewfavors.com

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Honeydew Favors prides itself in having competitive pricing. Currently we have tiered pricing. The discounts are seen on the description page of each item. If there is no discount shown, we will do our best to provide you with large quantity discount. Discounts such as these may be given only by approval. SHIPPING, ORDER TRACKING AND UPDATES


What are your shipping procedures?

Honeydew Favors uses UPS, USPS, and FedEx for its shipping needs. Most orders are shipped from the Honeydew Favors facility though some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to accommodate time sensitive orders. This is the reason that various freight options are used. In most cases, no matter the distance of the manufacturer, Honeydew Favors covers any additional shipping fees. If you choose to expedite your order, a $15 RUSH fee is charged as well as any additional shipping rate increases charged by our freight carriers.  The additional fee is discussed with the customer prior to processing the order.


Some items may arrive sooner. Custom orders are subject to longer delivery times, as they are not made until they are ordered. A Honeydew representative will discuss delivery times for custom orders once it has been placed. Further details regarding expedited shipping are noted at checkout.

How do I check the status of my Order?
After you have placed an order in the store, simply Login as usual, then select 'View Previous Orders' from the list provided. This should contain all of your order details.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Once your order has been received and processed, we will send you an e-mail notification confirming availability and delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Currently we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Currently we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Where do you ship to?
Honeydew Favors currently ships to the entire United States. Some items may be shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Premium fees may apply. Please contact sales@honeydewfavors.com for more information and price quotes for shipping outside of the United States.

What are your shipping options?
Shipping may be expedited for an additional $15.00 RUSH fee.  Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the weight of the items purchased.


Will the items on my order ship together or separately?
Some items will be shipped separately. However you will only be charged a one-time shipping fee on regularly shipped items.  Shipping fees for RUSH orders may differ. 



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


What is your return and exchange policy?
If you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets canceled), we will take back the merchandise up to 30 days after the date that we ship it. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. Sorry, but we cannot offer this service on any personalized items. We do not accept returns on any edible items.

If you have received merchandise that is damaged, you will receive full credit for the merchandise. For questions regarding when refunds are received, please contact sales@honeydewfavors.com.

Are online transactions on your site secure?
Honeydew favors guarantees that all transactions are conducted in a completely secure environment. Our website uses 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer Protection.

At Honeydew Favors, we respect your privacy and appreciate your business. We
use your information as a means to contact you and to send you special offers that you may like.  We promise not to cram your inbox or call you during dinner.  We hate that.
